Refund and Exchange Policy*

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Divine R We products!

All returns/exchanges should be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment.

Upon receiving the merchandise, the buyer has 3 business days to notify Divine R We that a refund/exchange wants to be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the buyer in the same form of payment used during check out within 5 business days upon receiving the merchandise.

Exchanges will be re-shipped to the buyer (free of charge) within 1-2 business days upon receiving the item(s).

After 30 (calendar) days, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund/exchange.

All items must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  Items that are not in the condition, in which they were received, (including signs of wear) can not be returned/exchanged.

Shipping and handling will be refunded only if the item is being returned/exchanged because it is defective, isn't as described, incorrect sizing or it was damaged in shipping.

*All products purchased online are eligible for a return/exchange, but Divine R We reserves the right to decide upon the matter solely at our discretion.
